This is a 5-bedroom house and rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis. Rooms already spoken for will be represented with a strikethrough on our website.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We have a no-pet policy as some students have allergies and would not be able to live in a house with pets.

It’s very close to the academic side of campus. West Gale Street is the road that runs into The Depot at Trine University. Our house is a block from Trine’s property, two blocks from Best Hall, and 2 ½ blocks from the Depot. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk to Best Hall.

Technically, there are three full bathrooms in the house. The second floor contains a regular bathroom with a tub/shower combo which is the main bathroom for Rooms 2-5. Room 1 is actually a primary suite in the attic of the house and has a private bathroom. The basement also has an extra bathroom with a toilet, urinal, three shower stalls, and a double sink. In other words, there are plenty of facilities in the house.

Yes, the house has a dishwasher.

Yes, the house includes a washer and dryer in the basement.

No, the house does not have a microwave. Students are welcome to bring a microwave for the kitchen.

Yes, the house has central air.

We (the owners) lived in the house for nine years as our personal residence before renting it out for the 2025-2026 school year. The area is very safe as most of the neighboring houses are also filled with Trine students.
